You have put new laser like lights up where the red man crossing sign is permanently on and shines through my flat, causing great distress, headaches, and I am dazzled by them.This us the third time you have said they are fixed- they are not

Red man crossing signal is permanently on.New laser like bright lights opposite my flat shining in 24 hours a day.They are causing headaches and I am dazzled by them.You say there is a fault then you say it is fixed and nothing has been done since I reported this on October 31st

We have therefore referred this to our contractors and it will be fixed within 28 days.
