Water control station in the underpass has been left unlocked which is a Safety issue.

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3175365.

The underpass under the A3 frequently floods from the water control station. Probably some maintenance work has been carried out recently in the water control station and it has unfortunately been left unlocked. There is no padlock in the upper lock and an open unlocked padlock in the lower lock. This is a Safety hazard.
