Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. You will be pleased to know once we received a High Risk defect highlighted onsite due to pedestrian and cyclist conflictswe Informed Ameon Utilities of issues onsite and requested a hasty resolution that would require carriageway traffic management to enable a safe route for pedestrians and cyclists. Due to emergency gas works nearby it was deemed too disruptive for a day time closure we offered Ameon Utilities the opportunity to complete overnight providing a cycle lane in the carriageway Ameon Utilities were not able to complete the works overnight - footway restrictions lifted and reopened. Works due to be planned in the new year with a new traffic management plan Produced, Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
