Unsafe / worn surfacing on foot bridge
Reported via mobile in the Pavement Defect (uneven surface / cracked paving slab) category anonymously at 20:49, Tue 14 December 2021
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3180450.
Steps on footbridge between Kenilworth Road and Highview Avenue are badly worn with bare metal exposed on some. Surfacing on steps, pathway and slope badly worn and dangerously slippery when wet or icy. Steps need proper edging (like next bridge over Edgware by Stoneyfields) and better non slip surfacing. Some amateurish repairs were done earlier this year but much has already been eroded.

Driving last night after just exiting the roundabout with KFC on the other side, the car has hit a huge pothole with a passenger in the car who is witness. The pothole, which is located close to Parnell Avenue on the Edgware Way (A41) has caused a massive shudder of the car and the tyre to instantly burst. I have been fortunate to avoid any serious danger for myself and the young passenger and I have now got to incur my own expense which I have invoices for and TFL will need to reimburse me. I expect you to contact me regarding this without delay. This is absolutely your responsibility.
