Broken up road surface

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3182055.

The previously repaired road surface around various metal covers at the Loampit Vale/Elmire St junction is breaking up. Since this is in the line that a cyclist taking the secondary position would take, especially if filtering passed stationary traffic, this is potentially hazardous to them.
