Rocking manhole cover in front of residences

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3182598.

Loose manhole cover is causing a noise disturbance all the time. It is directly in front of a large residential block.

    I have added a photo of the manhole cover. Can you provide an estimate on when this will be attended to by Thames Water? There are currently roadworks directing the traffic onto the manhole meaning it is causing an even larger disturbance now.
