Constantly going to stop

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3192261.

The lights are faulty yet again, as soon as the light finishes to allow people to cross it lights up again as if someone has pressed the button, this is the 2nd time this month it's happened that it's stuck. The lights are on too long as well, it's not a busy crossing but the amount of time the lights stay red is excessive, only needs to be half of the time. please fix them again
