Blocked Stormwater pipe - flooding of road

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3198950.
Its been like that for more than 2 months - just getting wore and worse. Today, there is a fountain in the road where the manhole cover is. Pavement is unusable due to the road flooding. Reported repeatedly with no efffect. Much wore today with the rain, but floods the road even when its dry.
