Hi, Address where the motorbike is parked is Anthony Kendall house, London E5 8EH. I am the housing officer for the block, landlord is Newlon Housing and the property is managed by Outward Housing. we have been advised by the residents that vehicle is parked inside for over a month, checked the vehicle information and vehicle is untaxed and no insurance is well. I have written to the resident and tote notice have been placed on vehicle but no response. I believe that vehicle does not belong to any of the residents. please can you act to remove this vehicle parked inside the block as an emergency as raises concern of safety for the residents. regards
