Wires exposed on traffic light following collision

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3208305.

Vehicle has crashed in to a traffic light and wires can be seen. The traffic light is now damaged and on a pedestrian crossing causing hazard to pedestrians
