Manhole cover on Clapham Common South Side is rocking. Outside

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3209661.
The manhole cover in lane 1 is making a noise as it's loose. The manhole cover is in the road outside the restaurant Pitta Hut.
This was previously reported but someone added the wrong information and another manhole cover further down the street was fixed.
This one is extremely loud and outside my bedroom window. Please fix it ASAP as it is keeping my family awake

If it is confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within two hours. If the manhole cover is owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date. If it is owned by another company this will be passed to them for a permanent repair. The noise is horrendous. We pay a crazy amount of council tax to live here and we are being woken up through the night, and disturbed through the day by the noise from this manhole cover.
The fact that my initial notification of this issue at the start of December was then changed to another location is ridiculous. I then had to resubmit in January and now have to wait a further period for this to be repaired.

This is still not fixed. It was first reported at the start of December, then deleted as incorrect further information was provided. It is now 2 months later and it is still keeping my family awake at night with all the traffic that goes over the grid.
What is going on?
