Loose manhole cover creating noise.

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3215685.
I reported this on 29/8/21 (TfL ref: FMS2966382) and nothing has been done about it - I have seen nobody attempt to repair it in the last 4 months. The noise is loud and a particular disturbance at night. Outside Savills, 298a Upper Richmond Road, eastbound.

If it is confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within two hours. If the manhole cover is owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date. If it is owned by another company this will be passed to them for a permanent repair. There seemed to have been work done on the manhole cover in the early hours of Friday morning (January 28th) - there was a lot of drilling noise etc and the kerb has been marked with white paint - but the problem has not been solved. The noise has only decreased slightly and it is baffling that the cover wasn't checked at the time. given that this has been fixed correctly before a few years ago, it is clearly possible. What is the procedure now to ensure the repair is finished completely?
