Traffic light facing wrong way

The traffic light on the southbound side of Finchley Road immediately after the junction with Alvanley Gardens has been rotated by 90 degrees so it is difficult to see for drivers. This is particularly dangerous because this traffic light relates to a pedestrian crossing.

We have therefore passed this to our contractors and as it is classed as an emergency. It will be made safe within 24 hours. The traffic light is still facing the wrong direction and is potentially dangerous. This traffic light is repeatedly knocked by large lorries of buses and needs re-siting urgently before there is an accident.
