TfL ref: FMS3219058

Reported via desktop in the Low hanging branches category anonymously at 10:32, Thursday 6 January 2022

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3219691.

I reported yesterday vegetation blocking the pavement on Armoury Way and received a notification that TfL was not responsible. Armoury Way is a GLA Road (https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ uksi/ 2000/ 1117/ schedule/ paragraph/ 43/ made) and TfL is therefore the highway authority responsible for it. That responsibility includes dealing with obstructions of the footway. I would be grateful if this could be reconsidered, and if TfL still thinks it is not responsible, for an explanation why.
