Countdown not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3231102.

The bus shelter at this bus stop has a digital time display machine, however for the last 4 days, if not longer, it has been blank! Please could someone fix this as it is something we passengers need. Location: Queens Road / Kingston Hospital (stop NM)
