Still broken (3rd Time) : Traffic light sensor not triggering
Reported via desktop in the General Fault category anonymously at 08:46, Fri 14 January 2022
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3239583.
Getting a little embarrasing now. Reporting for the THIRD time as nothing has been done. Scenario : a vehicle waiting to exit from Hainault Court to join Forest Rise. No other vehicles waiting at the traffic lights on Forest Rise, and insufficient turning space for car to join Forest Rise before light has turned green.
The car presence sensor on the traffic light does not detect the vehicle waiting to merge, and as such the light never changes.
This resulted in over 10 minute wait for another vehicle to stop on Forest Rise to trigger the light change.
Sensor should be repositioned to cover this area.
