Building works taking place connected to 146 Addiscombe Road, between Mapdledale and Upfield on A232 TLRN. Builder obstructing footway with materials and mixing concrete. Materials left on footway, carriageway being obstructed with parked vehicles and mud on footway creating a slip hazard. Noted on 10th January and still in place on 14th January 2022.
