Exposed sheathing and wires 5cm

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3246036.

Team were working on footway excavations on the junction of Shaftesbury Avenue and Endell Road, the location is adjacent to St Giles high street and Shaftesbury Avenue. One of the sheathing about 5cm long of the cables are showing at the traffic lights. There is no electrical duct installation and the traffic lights are still working. The permit is running out on the 20.01.21 and it needs a sheath repair.
