Traffic light stuck on red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3247727.
I went through a red traffic light today around 10am 17th January. First in line waited around 5 minutes noticing 3 changes lights on my right and still stuck on red. Huge queue of cars behind me. I saw some workmen and they said lights are permanently held red for few days. Needs sorting as this is really disruptive. Thank you.
