Email recvd via borough Customer called to report an manhole cover which is open, They did try to close but won’t as full of water. Outside 65 Streatham Hill SW2 4TX. She said someone could easily fall down
Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. This has been investigated and we have now referred it to our contractors. If it is confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within one hour. If the manhole cover is owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date. If it is owned by another company this will be passed to them for a permanent repair.
