Urgent - road collision - traffic light knocked down

I have received a call from Hounslow Police CAB2891 - there has been a road collision accident on Bell Road Hounslow junction Grove Road - the traffic light has been knocked down and it's obstructing the way in front the shops - Sunrise Cafe 3, Bell Parade, Bell Rd, Hounslow TW3 3NU - ATTEND URGENTLY

Hounslow Police called back to let us know that the site manager of the building works that are going on opposite Bell Road has reported to them that 2 cranes on their site have suddenly lost power and they are not stuck in the air without electricity and it has happened at the same time of the incident - road collision - a bus driver has called the police at 12:34pm on 20 Jan 22 Just as a safety measure you would want to send someone from electrical team to verify if the damage cause to the street light has caused the loss of power to construction site and to where the cranes are sourcing their power from. Also the street light has fallen towards the end of cycle lane therefore not fully obstructing the main carriageway.
