Crack from pavement and 1/2 way into lane on one side. Unavoidable for cyclists without swerving out on already narrow flyover

I would be grateful if your staff responsible for cycling could examine the following issue.
Cycling on the West side of the A3, northbound, at the junction with Coombe Lane, is potentially dangerous, even though a cycle path is signed. Cyclists using the route along Beverley Way, parallel with the A3, face 6 hazardous crossings. These are:
The lane of traffic exiting the A3 to travel West on Coombe Lane; The lane of traffic entering the A3 from the Westbound lane over the Coombe Lane Bridge; The lane of traffic exiting the A3 and entering the petrol station; The lane of traffic exiting the petrol station; The lane of traffic exiting the A3 to travel East on Coombe Lane; The lane of traffic entering the A3 from the Eastbound lane on Coombe Lane, to the West of the A3 bridge.
I have not noticed any warning signs on the road or on signs at the junction, notifying motorists that they may be about to meet crossing cyclists. I apologise if I have missed these signs but if there are no signs, I urge you to introduce some before a serious accident.
A further hazard has been introduced by the petrol station. A portable Londis advertising sign is now reducing the visibility for cyclists heading North and crossing the lane of traffic exiting the A3 to travel East along Coombe Lane. The location of this sign cuts visibility and cyclists' awareness of oncoming vehicles substantially, vehicles that will be only just slowing from 50 mph. I would be grateful if you could talk to the petrol station and have this sign moved as soon as possible.
