Abandoned Santander bike

Someone appears to be reusing a Santander bike and storing it behind the houses at the end of Esmeralda Road. Unfortunately, said person appears to be attempting to conceal the bike, and as a result, has been leaning it against cars, leaving dents and scratches on the vehicles.

  • After discussion with neighbours, it appears that this might be a stolen bike that one of the young people at COLA is using to get to/from school. The bike only appears to be here during the school day.
