Graffiti on the glass
Reported via desktop in the Graffiti / Flyposting on stop or shelter (non-offensive) category anonymously at 16:14, Friday 21 January 2022
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3257595.
The graffiti on this shelter has been reported on three occasions now. & Its the same graffiti that has been there since October of last year & not removed. Why does it have to take this many reports by a resident & why has it not been removed for over three months. You keep closing the report after 28days saying its been fixed & it clearly hasn't. Its all about performance targets & ticking boxes. well my next report will be to my local councillor & MP, see if they can get it removed.
Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. This has now been investigated and we can confirm that the graffiti that you have reported is classified as non-offensive. This has been reported to our contractors and will be removed as part of our regular cleaning schedule. Should you need anything else or have any questions, please contact our customer services team on 0343 222 1234
Please also be aware that, all Action Scheduled reports are automatically closed after 28 days. However, the fault will be fixed within this timescale, which may be sooner, or in a few cases take a little longer.
