Impossible to see traffic light behind shutters
Reported via iOS in the General Fault category anonymously at 15:59, Sat 22 January 2022
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3259213.
The traffic lights for the pedestrian crossing that crosses the A40 as you head north from the roundabout are very difficult to see. This is due to the black shutters covering them and their angle . Poses a huge risk as drivers may not be able to see a red light and run into crossing pedestrians as a result

Thank you for your report. Is it possible to attach a photo to help us investigate as the address doesn't match the text as not near the A40

Hi: Sorry, it's the A406 heading north from the Chiswick Roundabout, not the A40. The road is also known as Gunnersbury Avenue. The light in question is just in front of the road leading to the entrance of B&Q. I hope that clarifies the location
