Lupo grocer/cafe placing A-board on pavement, obstructing it and pushing pedestrians near to traffic on S Circular. Happens repeatedly - have spoken with them about it, to no avail.

Our officers will attend the location and investigate the ownership. Once this has been confirmed, we will report this to the owner and ask them to move it so it is no longer causing an obstruction.
