Broken man hole cover

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3269238.
There is a broken manhole cover on the south bound lane of Kingsland Rd at its junction with the bus lay-bye / bus stop by Dalston junction station south entrance.
Every time a vehicle passes over it it creates a loud double bang which is getting progressively worse day by day.

Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. This has been investigated and we have now referred it to our contractors. If it is confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within two hours. If the manhole cover is owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date. If it is owned by another company this will be passed to them for a permanent repair. Please confirm location / upload photos of the defect. Description does not match Streetcare generated pin (There is no bus lane at this location). Order raised to repair rocking double drain cover located outside 578 (opp Bentley Road)
