Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3274019.

There are 2 drains in Northbound carriageway out side 266 Hook Road. The one furthest from the pavement is "banging" whenever a lorry or bus goes over it. This has been like this for about 3 weeks.

  • I live at 266 Hook Road, KT91PF and the noise is dreadful when a heavy vehicle goes over this drain cover which is directly outside my house. A couple of weeks back it was protruding approximately 3 - 4" above the road. I constantly hear the crashing noise in my bungalow and at times wonder what it is.
