  • Adjacent with the 213 bus stop North Cheam going towards Kingston. There is a huge planter that is overgrown and has not used for the correct purpose apart from disposal of rubbish and males using it as a toilet facility. It is now very overgrown and divides the footpath and it’s quite a disruption
