Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3279000.
The wait button across the A40 junction of wales farm road has been completely smashed and you can see the inside wires. Needs to be resolved ASAP as children may put their fingers inside and get an electric shock

I was driving to london and is huge holle or a piece of concrete right on the motor way. Because of that I have a flat tire.
