Earlier today I received your reply to the 3rd report which said

This was investigated by our team and we were unable to find any defects, or issues at this location. This could be because it has already been resolved. However, if the problem remains, you either resubmit your report with some more information and a photo.

At 2350 hrs last night and today at 1pm the problems remains

Sorry for poor quality of the photograph you have asked for but is shows the missing boat route plate quite clearly. What further evidence can I provide?
