Temporary lights stuck on red at least 3 days

Reported via desktop in the Stuck on red category anonymously at 07:52, Tue 1 February 2022

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3280901.

The temporary lights you put up for the Reach Active work in Oxford Street at the Davies/Stratford Street junction have been stuck on red since the weekend. RA are now in Davies Street. Taxis and buses have been sounding horns night and day to move on vehicles who don't know the lights are not working. Surprised no one has reported/fixed this.
