Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3288557.

I reported this earlier today. You said it was resolved. It is not. It has been like this for weeks now. Please please please get it sorted. It is very much not fixed. Your email response today was just some regurgitated rubbish, asking me for a photo update, although I already sent one. Here is another. Please do your job and get this sorted FFS.
