Manhole cover rocking - extremely loud

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3288852.
This was reported but changed to ‘fixed’. It is not fixed and it has now been 2 months since initially reported. This is getting ridiculous. The noise is extremely loud and keeping my family awake at night. This is not fair

Hi, I would also like to report this as an issue. This has been ongoing for a while now and every time a vehicle goes over the cover results in two loud bangs. This is a very busy route and is causing a high level of noise at all hours

Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. This has been investigated and we have now referred it to our contractors. If it is confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within two hours. If the manhole cover is owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date. If it is owned by another company this will be passed to them for a permanent repair. This is still not fixed. It’s coming up to 3 months since this was first reported. I have sent photos and videos to TFL about this and nothing has been done. Why?
