There is flooding in building basement due to rainwater drains being covered up

Flooding is happening in the basement of premises at 50 bishopsgate due to the pavement widening has covered all the drains in the street. the water has nowhere to go and is seeping into the basement of the building at 50 Bishopsgate and causing considerable damage
