Faulty phasing / timing

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3295330.
The traffic lights are faulty and causing significant daily congestion at peak times.
Today the timings were allowing only 2 cars through from Avery Hill Road towards A20 in each cycle. This encourages drivers to try and make it through the lights on amber / borderline red. It would appear this has previously been reported and marked as fixed. It is NOT fixed.
The fault and resulting congestion also encourages drivers to speed up residential streets attempting to find short cuts. This needs to be raised with RBG and local councillors please advise if you can do this or if we need to notify them separately.
