Loose manhole cover - very loud

Dear TfL team.
I am reporting once again a long standing issue with this mahole cover at the junction of City Rd/Shepherdess Rd. I previously submitted a report on 11 Sep 2021 (TfL ref: FMS2994352), as my partner did before this in June 2021.
The cover is loose and makes an extremely loud noise when vehicles drive over it. It was repaired recently by partially covering it with tarmac, but this has failed due to the volume of traffic - it only takes a few weeks for the tarmac to break up. The noise is now incredibly loud and constant - this is an extremely busy road with 24hr traffic. I am not sleeping and my mental health is suffering very badly as a result.
Please can you do something to fix the problem - it needs a better solution to resolve this long term. It seems a waste of your time and resources if you have to come back repeatedly to deal with this.
Please can you attend to this soon - its a nightmare trying to sleep and we are desperate for this to be properly resolved. Would be very grateful for your help.

If it is confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within two hours. If the manhole cover is owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date. If it is owned by another company this will be passed to them for a permanent repair.
