Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3331803.

I have reported this problem 3 times since March of last year. Street lights are not working therefore in place the pavement is plunged into darkness and there are tripping hazards. Each time I have reported the problem it has been marked as resolved - but the same street lights are still not working.
