Traffic light facing in wrong direction
Reported via mobile in the Damage - pole leaning / equipment detached from pole/facing the wrong direction category anonymously at 22:22, Mon 21 February 2022
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3333021.
I was driving tonight on the A4020 in the area of the intersection with Harlington Road where I noticed the red color of the traffic light when I was in front of it .... (due to the wind in recent days it has changed direction and can be seen better when you're right in front of him!) in less than a second I had to decide if the brakes would suddenly break or pass! I hit the brakes a bit but with people in the car and another car behind me I didn't stop suddenly so as not to be hit from behind by that car! at the same time I saw the camera flash located at the traffic light! I decided to go back and check why I couldn't see that traffic light from a distance and I found the surprise! while I was taking pictures, another driver passing by saw me and stopped the car to talk to me with the same problem on Friday 18.02! we talked for 15 minutes about how to complain and while watching other drivers get fined for lack of visibility! what will happen now with the fine and the licence points ?
