Delays

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3342568.

For almost a month I have been over 30 minutes late for work down to these road works. They originally finished but have re-started yet again in the exact same spot. The traffic lights are not working and buses can't pass. Two weeks ago it took an hour to move less than half a mile. The signal lights are not correctly set and only allow one or two cars coming from Belmont to pass. These road works were stated they wouldn't cause a huge impact but after being late for work for 30 minutes everyday this surley counts as high impact. I leave at 7:30 from Blackheath and don't arrive into Lewisham until sometimes 9am. The milage is short and it shouldn't take that long but because of the impact of the works its causing delays of 30 minutes to an hour which is totally unacceptable.
