L_Lighting - Issue type: Lighting fault. Street light type: Lamppost. Fault details: Light on constantly. title: Traffic light stuck on Red

Detail: The traffic lights between john lewis and Mcdonalds are stuck on Red, the New West End Patrol team are currently manning traffic to assist and BTP have been informed.
