Pothole damaging cars.

Pothole is in the near side carriageway on the A40 westbound. The marker is an approximation of the location as I was not immediately aware that I had a puncture (along with a few other drivers in the time that I was stuck on the hard shoulder!). I have no idea how long there has been a pot hole in this location as I am not local to the area.

Hello. The A40 Westway has a lot of graffiti which is unpleasant and needs removing on the hard shoulders. (Eastbound) and (Westbound) joining the A40 (from Paddington). Can this please be removed and a general clean up of the Westway which is full of debris and litter. Thanks
