Defective filter light

Reported via desktop in the General Fault category anonymously at 18:46, Wednesday 2 March 2022

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3357213.

The filter light benefitting traffic turning right from Widmore Road (A222) heading west to North, seldom if ever works. This causes long tailbacks particularly during rush hours and Saturdays. Can it reprogrammed to operate, like most other filter lights at junctions, as part of the light sequencing ?

  • I first reported this issue on 11th February to your customer help desk. Since the action required (turning on the filter light that already exists at the junction) is relatively simple, why is it taking so long to resolve ? I've posted my personal details below and would appreciate a response. Thanks Tom Kempton 07887 648983 tomkempton1946@gmail.com 11 Ferndale BR1 2RX
