2ND repeat : Bus Stop F Charlton Station / Woolwich Road : shelter roof lighting not working

Reported via desktop in the Damage - lighting not working (bus shelter) category by Roger Corbett at 14:08, Friday 4 March 2022

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3362339.

2ND repeat : Bus Stop F Charlton Station / Woolwich Road : shelter roof lighting not working. Note it is NOT a power supply issue to the shelter as the Countdown Board is working there

To my previous report you emailed me 06:02 on 2nd March 2022 to say:

The action scheduled for your report should now have been completed as detailed in your previous response. On some occasions it does take a little longer than scheduled. If you have any further queries on this, please either create a new report or contact our Customer Contact Centre on 0343 222 1234

State changed to: Fixed

HOWEVER it is not fixed - at 2225 last night shelter lighting was still not operating. Getting on for 12 weeks of non operation now

I reiterate this is a very dark remote spot and shelter light is important to give passengers a sense of security

For avoidance of any doubt it is this shelter:
