In the police System it says this is a double red line
Reported via mobile in the Worn out road markings category anonymously at 11:46, Mon 7 March 2022
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3368344.
The police System says that on the corner Bromley road/Penerley road this is a double red line. Because it is actuall a single red (see photos) the police is not able to hand out fines. Due to constant parking pressure- there is no cpz- cars are frequently parked on the single red which makes it very dangerous given that Bromley road becomes a dual carriageway here and cars are accelerating and overtaking. Please make it double red for safety and to align with police information and similar roads on rushey Green so they can hand out fpn. There is a primary school and several nurseries on that road, which makes it even more urgent to keep the corner safe. An accident is going to happen.
