Pothole Causing Damage to House

Reported via desktop in the Pothole (minor) category anonymously at 10:17, Wednesday 9 March 2022

Sent to TfL 23 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS3374049.

I'm re-reporting this problem, as it's been marked as fixed but nothing has happened. The road surface on the crossing is in such a bad condition, that my house shakes every time a HGV passes but. By the looks of other reports, I'm not the only person. There was a substandard fix around a year ago, which didn't last more than a month before the problem arose again. The problem has been persisting for almost three years now, and visible cracks have appeared in my walls and ceiling. My neighbours and I would really appreciate a quick fix on this before it causes any more damage to property.
