A member of public reported issue on 7th March : There is something wrong with the traffic lights in St James road, Kingston. If you are in the right-hand lane, the light will often not pick you up, and stays red until a car comes into the left-hand lane

Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. This has now been investigated and we can confirm that there is a non-urgent fault at these traffic lights. We have therefore referred it to our contractors, and you should see an improvement within 28 days.
