Rocking manhole cover still not fixed - 3 months since first reported

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3387281.

This is STILL not fixed. It was first reported in December, 3 months ago and has been reported every month since after you mark it as 'FIXED'. It is not FIXED! I have even had emails from TFL customer service asking for videos, which I have sent.

The noise has been keeping us awake at night for months. It is in lane 1, so the wheels of every car run over it at all hours of the day. It is a busy road.

Please please please get this fixed. I will now also escalate to the ombudsman as this is beyond acceptable.

If it is confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within two hours. If the manhole cover is owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date. If it is owned by another company this will be passed to them for a permanent repair.   • It is 5 months since this issue was first reported. 5 months. Your guidelines say that issues will be resolved within 28 days. It has been 150 days. One hundred and fifty days.
