No rubbish bins at this bus stop outside my daughters flat. Has to wake up constantly to see rubbish like this ( which at present is fairly little at present) daughter has to keep contacting Tandridge council to clean it up. A lot of this could be avoided if a bin was in place. Why is there no bin. Unacceptable.
