Massive hole in road at least 600mm square 300mm deep

Massive pot hole just back from the junction where slip road at White City joins the A40/Western Ave heading OUT of London, I can see from ready the reports this has already been reported numerous times and has still not been fixed. despite what it says on this forum. My vehicle is was victim needing a new tyre which I will be claiming back.

If the defect is confirmed as a safety issue, it will be made safe within 24 hours. A permanent repair, if needed will be carried out during our next programmed works for the area, or sooner if we can.
